Since 1st October 1999 all providers of goods and services have had to make “reasonable adjustments” for disabled people, such as providing extra help or making changes to the way you deliver services or accommodate your employees.
From 1st October 2004 you should have made other “reasonable adjustments” to the physical features of your premises to overcome barriers to access.
